How my journey began

Hi, I’m Helen, and I’m passionate living a life rich in learning, productivity and making/eating delicious food.

As someone who works 50+ hours a week and trains as an athlete, I’m always finding ways to live a balanced life through productivity and mindfulness practice.  Though not perfect, I continue to fine-tune my personal systems so I can  maintain a balanced, productive life without sacrificing my well-being. From meal planning that reduces decision fatigue to minimalism strategies that free up mental space, I’m excited to share what I’m learning with you.
