Mustard isn’t just a nice condiment for a perfect sandwich or hotdog, you can also use it as an ingredient for making BBQ sauce and African Chicken Kabob.
Although buying it at the store is easy, making it at home isn’t difficult at all either.
1/2 cup red mustard seeds
1/2 cup yellow mustard seeds
1 cup + 2 tbs of rice vinegar
1.) Pour the seeds and rice vinegar into the jar
2.) Soak the seeds overnight or for 24 hours
3.) Use the “Chop” function in the food processor and process it until the mustard is in the consistency of your liking
