I live in a tiny apartment. Needless to say, I don’t have the luxury of having multiple of the same appliance. So, if I want to use my Instant Pot again immediately after cooking something, I need to clean it first. But what if I need to cook something that will result in a burned bottom? Well, that’s what this video is all about.
In under 15 minutes, the Pot is as clean as new. Here’s how:
What you’ll need:
1-2 lemons, enough to cover the surface of the pot
Pour enough water to cover the burned part of the Instant Pot
Add enough lemon slices (limes work too if they are all you have) to cover the surface
Use the steam function and set the Instant Pot timer to 10 minutes (be sure to lock the steam release handle)
